– Chassis shortened 300 millimeters and rebuilt with new floor pans
– Air-cooled 1,835 cc flat four-cylinder engine with dual Solex carburetors
– Engine built by VW specialist Bernie Bergmann
– Heavy duty clutch and Monza exhaust
– Suspension lowered five inches
– Carroll Shelby 15×7-inch wheels with Pirelli tires
