We have a 2003 Boxster S that, honestly, had been rarely driven and a bit neglected over the years when it came to maintenance. This was our first time taking the car anywhere other than the dealership it was originally purchased from—and we can confidently say we will never take it back to the dealership again.

Dean, Laurel, and most importantly Kellen were absolutely amazing. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. They quickly diagnosed the issues that naturally come from a car not being driven regularly and explained everything in the simplest, most straightforward way possible.

What we appreciated most was how they laid out the repairs in order of importance, with zero pressure. They gave us the information, answered our questions, and let us decide what to do and in what order. That no-pressure approach meant a lot to us—and because of it, we ended up doing everything they recommended.

I’ve been bringing my classic Porsches and Ferraris to Merlin for years, and Adam and his team have always been the go-to guys for these kinds of cars.
