This 1990 Ferrari 348 TS comes equipped with a 3.4-liter DOHC V8 engine mated to a dogleg five-speed manual transaxle. Its exterior is finished in Rosso Corsa complemented by tan Connolly leather interior. Notable features include a removable roof panel, 17″ five-spoke alloy wheels, limited-slip differential, gated shifter, and power windows. Originally circulating through New York, Florida, and Ontario, Canada, it was later repatriated to the US in April 2019 by a new owner. In 2019, the clutch was replaced, and an engine-out service was conducted. This comprehensive service included adjustments to cam timing and valve lash, replacement of the timing belt, engine gaskets, water pump, fluids, and more, as outlined below.

Pininfarina’s chief stylist, Leonardo Fioravanti, supervised the design of the 348, marking it as the last V8-powered Ferrari model created under Enzo Ferrari’s guidance. This particular model boasts a Rosso Corsa exterior with black lower-body panels. Notable features include a detachable black roof panel, pop-up headlights, fog lights, side air intakes, louvered taillights, and quad exhaust tips. In 2020, the right door lock assembly was replaced, and in 2019, a ceramic coating was meticulously applied to the car’s exterior.

Within the cabin, two seats are luxuriously upholstered in tan Connolly leather, complemented by a coordinated lower dashboard, center console, and door panels. Noteworthy amenities comprise a dogleg-pattern gated shifter, a heated rear window, an Alpine cassette stereo, and power windows and door locks. In August 2019, the left window switch was replaced, and concurrently, the right window mechanism underwent cleaning and greasing.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames Veglia Borletti instrumentation including a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 7,500-rpm redline, and gauges for coolant temperature and oil pressure. Auxiliary gauges for oil temperature and fuel level are mounted in the center stack.

The 3.4-liter quad-cam Tipo F119 V8 is equipped with Bosch Motronic engine management and originally boasted a factory rating of 296 horsepower and 238 lb-ft of torque. Noteworthy maintenance includes the rebuilding of the alternator in 2019, replacement of the mass air flow sensor and left and right primary oxygen sensors in 2020, and a battery change in March 2022. Furthermore, an extensive engine-out service conducted in August 2022 encompassed adjustments to cam timing and valve lash, removal of carbon deposits from the cylinder #5 intake valve, installation of a pair of Capristo catalytic converter bypass pipes, and servicing of the fuel injectors. Additionally, several components were replaced during this service, including:
